ESSENTIALS & RULES

►Parking: Space for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please park on the garage side; do not drive up to or around the gazebo.
►Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and AC.
►Laundry: Washer/dryer with supplies provided.
►Minimum Age: Renter must be 25+ with valid ID.
►Guest Count: Please ensure your guest count is accurate. All visitors on the property count toward the total. Undisclosed guests will incur penalties.
►Wildlife: We are in a wilderness area. Do not leave food outside. Bears, bucks, and other wildlife are active at night.
►Table Care: No drinks or open containers are allowed on the game tables (Pool, Poker, Arcade, etc.). Spills will cause permanent damage.
►Insurance: We strongly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance, as we cannot offer refunds for last-minute cancellations due to weather, travel delays, or illness.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
